A fourth tooth for Gus

Today, March 31, Gus got his fourth tooth, the center top tooth, on the right. He looks a little silly now, as he has 3 teeth on bottom and 1 on the top, like this:

Gus has started talking a more in the past few days, 'baba' is bottle, and he regained 'all done' (a term he used for about a month, and then abandoned).

Also, Jasper jumped - really jumped - for the first time today.

The Kiss

Here are a bunch of clips from the last few months. We weren't shooting much video because the kids were sick all the time, and now that they're largely feeling better, we finally have time to edit and post it. We're going to try to get back in the habit of posting short clips more frequently.

There are a bunch of fun moments in here but our absolute favorite is the kiss about halfway through.

Jasper tells a story

Jasper frequently begins talking to himself, reciting elaborate stories (which may or may not be adaptations of stories he’s read in books). This is the story of the goat who ran into the supermarket. To be honest, it’s not a story I’ve heard before, but you never know!

The Long Winter

Sorry so few new posts...A couple updates...
3/5 - Gus finally got a 3rd tooth, at 10.5 months. It's a 3rd one on the bottom, but still no top teeth yet.

Last week Jasper decided he didn't want to wear diapers anymore. So he's spent most of the week running around the house naked and peeing in the potty. He's really good at it, both at going every half hour or so to prevent accidents and at telling us when he needs to go sit on the potty. Of course, sometimes it's fun to just pee on the floor and see how that works.
